Narrated by Uthman Ibn Abul As (RA):

He said once he told the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) about a pain he felt in his body. Hearing this, the Prophet of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Put your hand on the place where you feel pain.” Then say “Bismilla-ha” (meaning in the name of Allah) three times and say seven times, “A’uzu bi’yazatil-hi wa kudratihi min sharri ma-azidu wauha-zeer” (meaning I seek refuge in Allah and His power). which I feel and fear to his detriment.

Uthman Ibn Abul ‘As said, I did so. As a result, Allah removed the pain in my body.
